SAP Router service issue

Registered new SAP Router IP  with SAP last week , As we are aware about the changes of NEW SAP Router by referring below note

 

525751 - Installation of the SNC SAPRouter as NT Service


All the configuration are done has per the note , When we are Trying to install the service , below is the error screen image

Is there a way to setup notification procedures for "Customer Action"?

For example after incident was changed to "Customer Action" each 24 hours reminder will be sent to responsible person?

status not changing in Charm

Hi ,

we are facing an issue with Request for change , when we release it for development the status doesn't change , it takes the previous status which is for Example "Approved" ,

 

These are the Status we have got :

 

1.Created

2. validation

3.to be Approved

4.Approved

 

5.Release for Development --> the status is not changing still "Approved"

 

there are 2 warning messages:

1.status was reset by the system

2.change documents can't be generated.

 

Please help me to find the error !!

charm consistency check for TR import success

Hi Team,

 

We have configured charm for 5 system landscape and now we want to configure one new scenario like

 

suppose if one TR import got failed in one of the system, if we change the action to "TR import successfully"  for that CD ,in  backend the consistency checks for TR import is success or fail is not happening for that particular TR and its simply changing the status without performing any checks.

 

Could you please guide me how to perform this task whether the TR is successfully imported or not in the target system while changing the actions.

Customized transaction type not working

In Change Request Management, we have copied a transaction type from "Normal Correction" and tried to customize it.  We have also copied a new action profile for this new transaction type.  And copied exactly the same action conditions.  However, when I trigger action "Set to 'In Development' " and save the change.  Status of the message does not change to "In Development" as "Normal Correction" did.

 

Is there any setting missing that I should do?

Not able to task list under new Maintenance project

After upgrade solution manager 7.1 we are not able to create a taks

list under new Maintenance Project.

 

We have created new Maintenance Project and activated Change Request

Managent. After that when we click on crate task list the below error

message is coming and taks list creation failed.

 

SAP Solution Manager and Change Request Management are not consistent.

 

We could not able to proceed further.

 

Steps for Reconstruction

 

1. Goto tx SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN

2. Select Project ZN_ECC_SEC

3. Goto system landscape tab

4. Goto Change Management

5. create task list

Dear ALL,

 

     I was facing a very strange problem. I have already successful configure "System Preparation" and "Managed Systems Configuration"and solution manager itself in step "Managed Systems Configuration".

     When I start to configure my develop system. Step 1 "Assign Product" is OK. In step 2 "Check Prerequisites" has failed because it was not check the develop system but the solution manager itself. And Step 3 "Maintain RFCs" I got the error message "Error during connection to system XXX / 200: Client 200 is not available in this system". It was not connect to develop system, also point to solution manager itself.

     I check all the information in LMDB. Everything is correct.

     I have try to delete the develop system on LMDB and SLD. Run RZ70 to register and reconfigure again. Eve I delete the develop system's Diagnostics Agent and reinstall again. Still face the same error.

     Did anyone meet the problem before or know how to deal with it.

I do have a need for clarification with respect to parallelization of eem script executions.

Parallel "instances" = Script Execution" of the same script connecting to different sap application server with same user name for logon.

Every 5 mins, to the same sap application server.

Problems with data transfer into transported InfoCube

Hello fellow Solman experts.

 

I have a question related to Solman BW component.

 

We have create a copy of one of our InfoCubes to transfer some of the older data in there (to use it as the archived Cube).


We use the Function Module RSDRT_INFOCUBE_DATA_COPY to copy the data.

 

When we run the Function Module in our dev. system to copy the data it works perfectly.

However, when we transport the same copied cube, we get RC=8 with the tables  /BI0/SSM_CUVAU and /BI0/ASM_OBPM40 failing to activate during after-import methods,.

 

 

When we run Function Module to copy data into the transport Cube, we get a shortdump ASSIGN_TYPE_CONFLICT.

 

 

SAP_BW component in Solman has release version 702 and SP-level 14.

How to compare business process location in two different blueprints?

Hi everyone-

 

I am working in Solution Manager and have ran across a roadblock.

 

An initial project blueprint was created in solution manager in 2013 with the help of an SAP consultant. The names of the business processes have been customized and I am having trouble finding the equivalent one in the BPR.

 

Since we are planning on using Solution Manager more we would like all the blueprints to be based on the Business Process Repository using the Automatic Blueprint Generator (ABG). I'd like to be able to do a comparison between the initial blueprint and one created using ABG to see where the business processes in the initial project blueprint would line up in a blueprint created using ABG.


Is there a simple way to do this or is it something I will need to manually compare?

Problem with update SERVICE METERING (ABAP)

Hi Experts,

 

We are trying set able the system monitoring on SM 7.1, after finished configuration in solman_Setup in the first view the Dashboard has ok (I thought ), but now some alert are grey others green but when you check don't have any data.

 

I checked the EW Framework Extractor and found This  Log"EX: ERROR calling API: SYSTEM_FAILURE - Function module "SXMS_GET_METERING_RECORDS"not found." for SERVICE METERING (ABAP). I checked to st22, but we don't have any dump.

What do I can check for this case? Because this not is a Infoprovider or Infocube and I check on RSA1 if exists recent data for This System, but unsuccessful

Export to spreadsheet not possible

Hello Experts,

 

I am trying to export list of change documents (Result List ) through SM_CRM. Export to spreadsheet button is visible and when i click on export to spreadsheet button, nothing happens. System does not prompt options like save, save as, cancel.

Got error message "Your browser does not support the Solution Manager Graphic" when modifying the solution in solution manager.
Tried compatibility view, didn't help. Any known solution to this ?
Environment: Windows7 & IE 11. Solution manager 7.1

Rapid Content Delivery CSU_INFO.XML error

Hi, all.

 

Trying to update content from step 2.7 in techmon, getting an error that I can't get past.  I get to step 2.7 Update Content, see that there is a download pending (v16).  Click on teh link to download, it takes me to the RCD screen where I select Version 16 and start the download job.

 

 

Job SM: CSU_DOWNLOAD_DELIVERY  fails pretty quickly with "Error while writing file CSU_INFO.XML", for which I've found zero detail either here or on SMP.  I've gone through all the notes I could find for RCD, no luck so far.  The auto download of the updates is working, but I can't apply them.  Rather annoying, since this did work not too long ago with v12 of the version update.

 

I get the same error when I try to do a manual update, the log then shows "Invalid Content XML" with no details whatsoever.  And I'm not seeing any errors in any logs I've looked at (st22, slg, sm21, OS level) unless I"m just not finding the problem.

 

RCD shows a message (green check) that says "Import of Content MAI with Registered Version 1 not possible".  I'm guessing that this is because of the failure of the download job, but not really clear (and not a lot of info available there either).

 

SM:RCD_CHECK_UPDATES job runs fine, SMPAUDWNLD RFC works fine. 

 

Anyone have any hints?  This is just an annoyance on a Friday afternoon..

Badis for Service Desk

All,

 

When we go in Edit mode for an Incident in Service Desk and if we change anything in Support Team, Incident Processor and Reported By....then it triggers an email.

 

We have a requirement wherein, we have to suppress the email.

 

Does anyone know about Badis that can be used for this.

Defaulting few fields in SolMan

All,

 

I have following 2 requirements.

 

1) Pre-populate Reported by on the Incident Page based on the user id of the creater.

 

2) Populate Support Team on the Incident Create Page. Currently, the Support Team is getting populated when Dispatch Button is hit before SAVE. In our case, we want to hide the Dispatch button and when the user clicks on SAVE, call Dispatch Button in the backend resulting in population of Support Team. Or if there is a better way to do it.

 

Also, since I am new to this..not sure where the code changes should be done.

Incident number missing in the subject line

The incident number is missing in the subject line of email being sent to end user when we are creating a ticket. Can someone give any pointers.
