Error in BP Analytics for some Keyfigures
Hi Experts,
During BP analytics execution, I am getting error for some key figure,
"An exception occured during getting data
Error An exception with the type CX_AGS_RI_AGGREGATION occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause"
The data is available in the cube.
Pleas help me out resolving this issue.

Issue with the connection to system GWP00001 client 500: Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT' : cmRc=20 thRc=497
Dear SAP Experts,
I am Using Solution Manager 7.1
Need to generate 4 RFCs for my ECC production for Solution monitoring and EWA.
I am facing an error while generating RFCs for a Product System.
The SID is GWP
The Extended SID is GWP00001
Production Client is 500.
I have tried to create SM_GWP00001CLNT500_READ manually in sm59 an assign it to the prodution client and Check RFCs but no help.
While trying to generate RFC Destination from LMDB the following error is occuring
Issue with the connection to system GWP00001 client 500: Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT' : cmRc=20 thRc=497 Unable to determine host address: ).
Attching the screen shot for you ref.
All the /etc/hosts and services are added with respective hostname and sapms<SID> in both the servers.Still facing the issue.
Please guide.I cannot setup the Solution Manager Functionality

i want to configure my email notification so that when the notification Alert is raised and the email notification is sent to the recipient i want to include additional information in the body text of the email
i am aware that the badi BADI_BUILD_MESSAGE is define for this but im not sure if the information i want included can be perfmored with the badi
i am looking to include the specific error message per the IDOC as displayed in WE02 - highligted in green) (See pic1)
this message is a standard message with concacetanations of values stored in table EDIDS

Multiple Open Requests
Hi,
By default in CHARM, for any change document you can only have one open transport request, if you want to have multiple TR's then you have to release one and then create the other.
How can we disable this restriction, how can we enable the option of having multiple open requests at the same time?

Enable Reporting on Charm
I am trying to enable reporting on Charm. I am having trouble with the dataflow in MOD (Dev). The data flow is 3x. Here are some more details:
DataSource : /CRMBW/OLTP_SRV_ORDER
BI Content : Release 706; Level 0005; Highest Support Pack SAPK-70605INBICONT
I don't see the "Update Rules" in the DataFlow. Any suggestion? Do I need to create a transformation to proceed?

Issue in running Solman_setup
Hi All,
I have freshly Installed Solution Manager 7.1 sp04.I am facing issue while running Tcode solman_setup.I want to know
from which client I have to configure solman_setup for MOPZ purpose?As I have tried from 001 and 100 client and the user as ddic and solman_admin as well,While I run the tcode solman_setup and press the edit button then the browser is getting hanged.I cannot go ahead after this.I have attached the screenshot for the same.Can anyone help me out for the same?It is really urgent.

In ithe ITSM BW Reporting (SP07) I am getting these warning when I launch reporting. Same error was discussed in this thread too (http://scn.sap.com/thread/3237092) but I am not certain if the error was resolved for Bobby Gunawan . Any inputs are appreciated.
I tried to change the filter ,but no useful result !

system preparation not responding
Dear all,
I installed a new 7.1 solman SP04 on a windows 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition 64bit with MS SQL 2008 R2.
After running the solman_setup on the System Preparation screen after I click NEXT it just hangs, stop responding, nothing happen, what could be the problem?

Interactive Report: DB Utilization report displays no value
Hi,
In the interactive report the DB utilization report displays no value. The output depends on the DB memory used, free memory in DB and memory available to the DB in the file system.
System monitoring for the satellite system is active and the data is available in the system monitoring.
Any suggestions please.
System details: Solution manager 7.1 SP08
Satellite system: SCM7.0 Ehp2, ECC6.0

Diagnostics Status in Red
Hi,
The As attached, the Status of the "Status propagated from Technical Instance", "Status propagated from Database", "Status propagated from Host" are always in red status.
I am not able to figure out where does the data come from for these or which Metric is responsible.
Any help could be useful

Wrong data in BP Analytics
Hi Experts,
SolMan 7.1 SP07 ST-A/PI, In BP Analytics, the data in the dashboard displaying by summing up multiple times. If we match BP Analytics data with managed system data (for example, Number of Idocs Created per day = 100 in Managed box.. whereas in BP Analytics is showing 300).
Any missing configuration i have to carry out.. Please provide your Inputs

Unable to open project in business process blueprint(BPB) tool
Hello All,
I have install and configured BPB tool by using installation guide. And affter completion of all steps when we click on business process blueprinting.exe on local desktop I am able to come to the main screen of the tool getting dispay of Tab Pages Dashboard and Business Blueprint.
On click to "Open an existing business blueprint" able to get list of projects, however after selection of project nothing has happened. It is not taking into project structure and all.
Log files shows as :-

VAR: e-mail notifications of OSS message status change
Hello!
I've configured VAR ServiceDesk in SolMan 7.01.
OSS-messages are successfully transfered to SAP and back.
Trying to configure now e-mail notification about message status change for reporter/processor.
Everything is done according to manual, except for the support team (we use two BP's with e-mail addresses provided):
TA SPPFCADM -> Application CRM_ORDER -> Define Action Profile and Actions -> Action Profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED -> made a Z-copy from action SLFN0001_ADVANCED_MAIL, parameters as in manual -> Save
TA SPPFCADM -> Application CRM_ORDER -> Condition Configuration -> for action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED I've added recently created action -> created scheduling and starting conditions -> reaction on different statuses -> Save.
But when I create a message and change statuses in it - on "Actions" tab no Z-action appears that I've created.
No e-mail notification in SOST.
P.S. SCOT is configured.
What maybe the problem?

No BC-Sets are created
Dear Experts,
I have configured Retrofit at a customer site. I am doing following steps:-
i. Bring maintenance and implementation landscape on the same level (Table T005A: entry created)
ii. Change an entry in T005A in implementation landscape, release the transport.
iii. Change the same entry in T005A in the maintenance landscape, start the retrofit action.
I see the critical retrofit tab always Red. This is a normal BC-Set test case. Why arent the BC-Set created. This should normally be created during release of the transport. Below are the release transport logs

Inactive Field RFC Connection in BI Analytics
Hello SAP Guru,
I am trying to activate BW based reporting in SOLMAN_WORKCENTER, but the RFC Destination Field from BW to SOLMAN is inactive. Moreover, the BI Content Activation is already done without having this RFC destination.
That's why a couple of errors occur, the first of which is: 'Cannot read destination from BI to Solution Manager'.
Has anyone an idea how to reset the RFC destination fields, so the target could be entered again?
