Can't Open WUI Solution Manager 7.1

Hello Gurus,

I'm trying to open the WUI (to configure the ITSM) in my machine, out of the server where the SOLMAN is installed, but its don't works. In the server open ok.

When i open using the hostname (http://<hostname>:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm?sap-client=001&sap-sessioncmd=open

doenst works. Appears a error. But when i change the hostname for the IP i the above link, the logon screen appears, but when i try to logon nothing happens, just stay in the same logon screen.

I'm using a VPN to access this link.

Do you think that we need to open the 8000 port even i connected in the VPN?

I already input the ip and hostname informations in may hosts file.

Can you help me?
