Dear Experts,

I have requirement to change the status for ZMCR to implemented, which is  configured using SAP Note - 1936582.

Now documents changed currently are getting changed to implemented whereas earlier documents are not changing to implemented status. I need to know how we can change the status for those documents either way automatic or manual.

Please suggest.

Thanks in advance

RZ70 Abap to push data to SLD not working

Hi All,

Recently for one of the staging system we moved from physical server to VM. Instance number got changed from 01 to 00 - just to keep in sync with other SRM systems. (SAP SRM 7.0).

Now to push this data to SLD, RZ70 is not working. its spinning for unlimited duration.

Had a check on SLD_UC and SLDNUC, working fine.
SAPSLDAPI - working fine
SLDAPICUST and SLDCHECK - working fine

Job keeps running which I can see in SM37 and SM66, however for respective WP nothing is getting updated or no change when I check in SM50 specific WP - by double clicking in it. like Roll in, Roll out and memory details nothing is getting changed.

The program name is : _SLD_ASSOC

Any one has any idea, what more to try?

Found this link: however its unanswered :   SAP_SLD_DATA_COLLECT getting hanged

Haseena

MAI mssql template without transactionlog monitoring

$

Hello Experts,

in the old ccms it was possible, to monitor the mssql server transaction log percentage usage.
In the new MAI in the MSSQL template is no such entry/possibility.

It is necessary to implement the MTE in the template or are some other things that i can do.
We use some NW Java Systems, without MTE's in the solman. What can i do in this case.

Thanks
Best regards

Integrate SAP ChaRM with HP SM?

$

Hi folks,

I know about the existing integration between SolMan ITSM Service Desk and HP Service Manager. I guess this is mainly used for triggering incident tickets, bi-directional.

However, is this possible with change tickets as well? E.g. change ticket created in HP SM trigger the creation of a SAP ChaRM ticket and the status of both tickets is kept in sync.

Is this possible and is there any documentation about it?

Thanks for your support!

Email Notifications via SolMan

Hello All,

I have setup monitoring alerts for PI 7.4 system via SolMan.

The alerts are basically notifications received via e-mails.

The problem is even though the alerts are working fine, the message content in the mails is just not good enough.

It doesn't mention the priority of the issue (even though it is mentioned in PI system as well as the Message Monitoring Section of Technical Monitoring) and the error category which is the most required thing in a mail is also missing.

Kindly suggest what actions I should take on this.

Thanks,

Ajeya G V

Dear SCN

Unfortunately I am not very clued
up on BI Queries / cubes etc. , but I am investigating the CBTA tool , created
Business Process / TBOM's and automated test cases with CBTA for SAP SD / MM
process's etc. and it's all good, but now I am interested to know , Is it
possible to create TBOMs for SAP BI Queries ?

To see what objects a query touch?

I did see the link:

You can create dynamic TBOM
enhancements for the following types of executable entities:

BSP application

CRM Web Client application

SAP application URL (SAP_LONG_URL)

Program
SAP CRM people-centric UI application
Transaction

, but just need some guidance please?

Many Thanks

Hi Team,

We have ECC-WQ1 being configured in our solution manager -LMDB, the system was brought in to LMDB automatically using data suppliers only.During the managed system configuration, the Check Pre-requisites phase is failing with error " Missing Central Services Instance" . However we have already referred SAP note - 1419603. But the note is applicable to system which have ASCS instance or message server installed on a different host - which in not in our case. The current standalone system is installed

Hi,

We are currently at solman 7.1 sp04 and planning to upgrade to sp12.

I am using sum tool for patching. I have generated the XML from SOLMAN and download the files.

During the configuration phase of JAVA I am getting the following error:

ITSM Incident creation date - can it be manually updated ?

$

Hi ITSM experts,

I have a requirement from my client to be able to overwrite an Incident creation date in SM_CRM with a date when the same ticket was originally created in a 3rd party incident system.

I know there can be an integration created between the two Incident management systems, but it is not in the scope currently.

They just want for now to have two systems, but also the requirement is to activate SLA calculation - and this creation date does become a problem when coupled with SLA calculation, as SAP ticket actually can be created hours later that the original ticket was reported in 3rd party system.

So I am looking for a solution like:

1) how to make field "Create" editable in ZMIN

OR

2) how to make SLA calculation be based on a custom field "Ticket Creation date" (which I can add to the ZMIN screen)

Appreciate any helpful suggestion.

The system is SOLMAN 7.1 SP10

Thank you

Elena

Dear solman Gurus,

Problem was related to Earlywatch rating(GREY), and we are tryin to apply this note 1332428 - Missing data in service sessions from BW/CCDB

While applying the note in solman_workcenter ==> Root Couse Analysis ==> End-to-end Analysis ==> Java System. We can not see any Java system at there.

Screen shot ;

Java system SLd conf. is already completed and Managed Confg. System (System Landscape) is completed. System Verification Check Status = Green and it is OK.

Also solman_setup , BW setup is completed ; (scree shot)

ss2.png

In Ewa Report ;

No performance data is returned from BW InfoCube.

Infocube: 0SMD_PE2D , metric type: APPLICATION THREADS , metric name: ACTIVETHREADSCOUNT / metric type: JAVA MEMORY USAGE , metric name: EFFECTIVE OLD SPACE USAGE (%) / metric type: JAVA MEMORY USAGE , metric name: FULLGC FRACTION (%) used in section 'Java System Data for VSL'.

What could be the problem ? Why we can not see the Java system in E2E Analysis in the Workload Analysis ?

I have followed SAP's guide for setting up Interactive Reporting in ITSM on SolMan 7.1.  However, when I click on a report I receive a message stating "The requested resource does not exist" from my SolMan Java stack.  I have looked through the default trace and application logs in my Java stack, but cannot seem to find the missing resource.  Has anyone else experienced this error?
