Solman Service Desk : Authorization and Access

Hi experts,


We have implemented the Solman Service Desk for our Service management in SolMan 7.0 EHP 1,



Currently everyone are assigned with SAP_ALL profile, as the following SAP Std roles are not enough to impliment SOD.


 

SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMINRole for Service Desk Notification Administration
SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATERole for Support Desk Creator
SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAYRole for Support Desk Display User
SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESSRole for Support Desk Processor


 


Can any one help me to find the authorization object for Requester, Processor etc. so that i can create roles for requested, Processor and Assigner.
