Hi experts,
We have implemented the Solman Service Desk for our Service management in SolMan 7.0 EHP 1,
Currently everyone are assigned with SAP_ALL profile, as the following SAP Std roles are not enough to impliment SOD.
| SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN | Role for Service Desk Notification Administration |
| SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE | Role for Support Desk Creator |
| SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY | Role for Support Desk Display User |
| SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS | Role for Support Desk Processor |
Can any one help me to find the authorization object for Requester, Processor etc. so that i can create roles for requested, Processor and Assigner.
